About this position
Responsibilities
• สั่งซื้อสินค้า Spare part ดูและบริหารงานงานซ่อม Fix asset เช่น ตู้แช่ เคาน์เตอร์ ป้ายไฟ อื่นๆ
• จัดหา Supplier Local เพื่อเข้าดำเนินงานซ่อม Fix asset ที่ร้านพาร์ทเนอร์
• เจรจาต่อรองราคา เทียบราคารายการ Fix asset และ อะไหล่ ค่าบริการ ประสานแจ้งทีม customer service
• ติดตาม Supplier ให้ดำเนินการเข้าซ่อมตาม Service Level Agreement(SLA)
• ดูแลรื้อถอนป้ายไฟ Store Closing เปิด PO และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• จัดทำรายงาน SLA Report
• งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Requirements
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์งานจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง ด้านงานซ่อมบำรุง, งานวิศวกรรม 1-3 ปี
• สามารถใช้ MS. Excel (Pivot, Vlookup) และ MS.Powerpoint ได้คล่อง
• มีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่และกระตือรือร้น
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเรื่องภาษี หัก ณ ที่จ่าย ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานจัดซื้อจัดงาน(งานซ่อมบำรุง)
