Senior Officer - vehicles
About this position
Responsibilities
• Collect TCP group vehicle usage data into categories and process them to obtain clear and comprehensive data, including usage behavior, costs, maintenance, and vehicle management for maximum efficiency.
• Process all data and display it through Power Bi, Dashboard system.
• Coordinate with government agencies, transportation, vehicle registration, tax, insurance, changing license plates, or related work.
• Coordinate internal and external repair centers. to carry out car repairs To be delivered on time
• Control and manage management vehicles, central vehicles and business support vehicles. Coordinate with procurement to procure, lease or purchase for maximum benefit.
• Record all vehicle data to ensure accuracy and easy verification.
• Manage vehicle that are out of condition and no longer in use and manage existing vehicles to maximize their benefits.
• Summarize monthly reports, evaluate service from various service providers, schedule meetings with car service users at the management team to identify problems and provide information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 3-5 years experience
• Have basic knowledge about cars/can drive a car MS Office, Power Bi, Dashboard design, V-lookup, Pivot table
