Sales Manager (Udonthani)
About this position
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations across 7 provinces, ensuring targets are met and leading the sales team to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities
• Take care of Sales in 7 Provinces
• Ensure achievement of sales targets by year end, regularly review sales achievement against targets
• Manage and find sales opportunities in the market
• Ensure good performance of the sales force in field operations in terms of sell-in, sell-out, distribution coverage, product merchandising, sales call effectiveness
• Lead and guide Sales team to meet the sales targets set by the company
• Develop sales capability and improve by working closely with sales team (Credit Sales, Van Sales representatives, and Van Supervisors)
• Provide sales information, sales data analysis and reports
• Assist in all other duties as directed from Branch manager as required
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business administration or related field
• At least 6 years experiences in sales with at least 2 years in manager level
• Proven excellence in people management
• Proficiency in MS office, SAP, Power BI
• Highly responsible, well-functioning under pressure
• Proactive, positive thinking and can do attitude
• Resulted and details oriented
• Strong project management skills and proven experience/records
• Able to drive a car and have a driver's license
• Able to work 6 days (Monday-Saturday) and Relocatable
