About this position

The Regulatory Affairs Senior Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for new products, coordinating submissions, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documentation to relevant regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals for new products.
• Coordinate and execute regulatory requirements and procedures, ensuring full compliance across all products.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for products with the current laws and regulations by periodically updating regulatory information and update to the team.
• Deal with FDA on any matters such as importing and exporting product licenses and manufacturing license.
• Develop and maintain regulatory files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Ensuring accurate and compliant product labeling, including translations, warnings, and instructions.
• Conduct of Halal documentation and maintain Halal file accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology or related fields
• 0-5 years experience in Regulatory Affairs, R&D or related fields
• Hands-on experience with regulatory submissions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written in English
• New graduate in Food Science, Food Technology are welcome
