About this position

The R&D Officer - Product Development is responsible for researching and developing new product formulas, ensuring quality standards, and collaborating with various departments to maintain production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop formulas for new products and experiments with the production department and the quality control department in the production line.
• Set product standards in accordance with the standard system.
• Control the issuance of raw material requirements, product specifications, formula, production manual and including the documents in the department.
• Participate in the preparation and implementation of quality systems ISO / GMP / HACCP / FSSC and BRC.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Food Science or related fields
• Has experience in research and development of products in the food & beverage industry for more than 1 years
• Able to communicate well in English
