About this position
Responsibilities
• Analyze, plan, design and improve production processes in order to get the products according to the production plan using the least production costs and it is efficient and effectiveness.
• Design and analyze production methods and improve various production processes, management using systems that have relationships between people, materials, equipment, and machines to be able to support and produce products in higher quantities, lower costs.
• Solve problems related to controlling costs, materials, time, production capacity of employees and machinery used in production.
• Inspect production methods, set up work systems, and coordinate between departments to recommend various methods to increase efficiency.
• Increase production, initiate and set guidelines for operations that will increase productivity.
• Manage and create production standards and monitor to ensure continuous operation.
• Analyze the cause and find ways to improve and solve problems in the production system that occur.
• Advise workers in the production line to take care of production machinery so that it can work at full efficiency.
• Control the personnel within the production department to be able to produce with the least possible cost and effective.
• Support and be flexible in marketing work to meet customer needs.
• Plan development strategies and increase efficiency for the production team. Have the ability to perform tasks with a higher quality of work.
Requirements
• Possess a Bachelors’ degree in Engineering, Food Science or related fields.
• At least 10 years of production or engineering experience in snack food factory.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
• Good command of English communication skills.
• Working at the Prachinburi factory.
• Work 6 days a week and after probation, can take off work every other Saturday.
