About this position

The Procurement Officer - Marketing (International) is responsible for managing the procurement process related to marketing projects, ensuring effective communication and alignment with business units, and achieving cost-saving targets.

Responsibilities

• Liaison Marketing on pitching process and drive status to meet the timeline.
• Be focal point of contact in terms of commercial and process for Marketing project.
• Prepare the presentation comprehending to the project scope of work.
• Control spending and manage on the cost saving target.
• Arrange and conduct the meeting for pitching committee.
• Evaluate the commercial score of projects.
• Prepare the document for approval to management.
• Coach and sharing the project achievement to team.
• Strategic interface with assign business units for the propose of business.
• Understand business unit requirement and align to the marketing requirement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in Procurement Marketing.
• Effective written/verbal communication skills, both Thai & English.
• Experience of SAP system.
