Procurement Manager - Business Service (International)
About this position
The Procurement Manager - Business Service (International) is responsible for delivering commercial and cost effectiveness through effective procurement practices, identifying cost reduction opportunities, and implementing improvements in procurement processes.
Responsibilities
• Follow the policy and guidelines to deliver commercial and cost effectiveness. Also be the focal points of procurement policy/standard operating process for best practices of indirect procurement.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities to achieve financial goals.
• Identify areas for improvement to continually drive performance and business results.
• Implement change and develop new processes to better procure goods and services.
• Conduct business review meetings with team to assess risk, review future strategies, and identify potential cost down and improvement opportunities.
• Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.
• Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
• Perform risk management and renew supply contracts and agreements.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• Proven working experience in Indirect Procurement.
• At least 7 years of experience as a Business Service Support procurement.
• Proven working with leadership.
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
