About this position

The Global Brand Manager / Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing brand and portfolio strategies, leading new product development, and ensuring effective marketing execution across global and local teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the development of brand & portfolio strategy, communication strategy, and in-market execution direction/guideline.
• Lead the development of NPD, launch strategy, master marketing materials, and execution guideline for markets. Manage the alignment between global marketing, country marketing and cross functional team to ensure smooth & effective NPD roll-outs in countries.
• Lead or support the development of Global master marketing materials. Develop partnership with external agencies as well as internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with country marketing on the development of annual marketing plan and in-market marketing mix to meet business target and brand strategy/direction. Ensure the alignment and effective collaboration between Global & local marketing, trade marketing, and sales team (internal stakeholders).
• Oversee local execution & monitor country performance. Identify issues & opportunities to ensure that target is met.
• Manage global marketing budget and oversee total brand's P&L in countries according to agreed annual target and agreed strategic direction.
• Drive best-practices sharing, team work and team performance, as well as collaboration with other functions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in marketing, business administration or related fields.
• Minimum 8-10 years on marketing/brand management and new product development & launching. Experience in trade and customer development is a plus.
• At least 3 year experiences in working with marketing and cross functions in countries other than Thailand, in either Thai or Multi-national organizations. Experience in working as or with Global/Regional marketing team is a plus.
