About this position

The Assistant International Business Manager will support the Business Development Manager in maintaining relationships with overseas partners and distributors, while also analyzing market opportunities and implementing business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Business Development Manager maintaining long-term relationships with overseas based both partners and distributors.
• Screening potential business deals by analyzing the market, deal requirements, potential and financials as well as evaluate options.
• Cooperating development of Business Strategy to achieve defined business target & objectives across all product categories.
• Implementing business model and distribution plan for key responsible countries.
• Working closely with key distributors to provide consumer insights and business development expertise to drive performance.
• Coordinating with business partners, distributors, and organizer for executing trade and event activation and campaign to serve business objective.
• Instructing appropriate logistic mode and shipping transaction for business partners, distributors and customers.
• Able to communicate at different organization levels. Performed other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of managerial experience in the sales and marketing of FMCG or consumers products. Beverage is preferred.
• International Exposure or International Market experience in South Asia/ CIS countries/ Central Europe/ or Africa is recommended.
• BBA or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field.
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with excellent command of English.
• Planning, organizing and problem solving skills and able to provide consultation.
• Able to work and travel abroad (Minimum 7-12 days/month).
