About this position

The Graphic Designer will assist in creating visual materials for marketing campaigns and collaborate with the marketing team to deliver creative solutions while maintaining design assets.

Responsibilities

• Design Support: Assist in creating visual materials for marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media graphics, brochures, banners, and in-store displays (POP).
• Content Adaptation: Adapt existing design templates and layouts for different platforms and sizes, ensuring consistency in branding.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with brand guidelines.
• Asset Management: Help maintain and organize design assets, files, and image libraries for easy access and use.
• Revisions and Edits: Implement feedback from senior designers and marketing managers to refine designs and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Basic Photo Editing: Perform basic photo retouching, color correction, and image manipulation as needed.
• Learning and Development: Stay updated with design trends and tools to enhance skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in graphic design or a related role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and branding.
• Proficiency in Motion Graphic.
