About this position
Responsibilities
• Ensure all designs and creatives align with the company's branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all channel communication materials.
• Create captivating and impactful designs for a wide range of materials, including brochures, leaflet, posters, banners, roll-up, catalogue, manual book, and more.
• Design marketing materials that promote the company promotions and campaign, events, and activities.
• Project management, handle multiple design projects at the same time, ensuring that you can support all channels and meet brand guideline.
• Oversee the entire print production process, from design and layout to final printed materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure all designs match our brand’s strategy, key selling point and campaign goal.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and objectives.
• Accept feedback and iterate on designs to achieve the best results and meet project objectives.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• 2-3 years experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design styles and projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and premiere pro, after effect).
• Able to do professional photo shooting.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Knowledge of current design trends and techniques.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative design concepts.
