About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize onsite and offsite ads for Lazada and Shopee, including preparation, placement, analysis, and review.
• Oversee TikTok Ads to ensure strong ROI performance and efficient budget allocation for hero product campaigns.
• Collaborate with the livestreaming team to optimize campaign actions and traffic planning.
• Develop and execute plans for launching new products across all brand categories.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets through effective campaign strategies.
• Arrange and facilitate product training sessions for department staff.
• Support team skill enhancement to improve overall performance.
• Plan and schedule livestreams, ensuring seamless execution and performance monitoring.
• Work closely with other departments to maintain consistent brand messaging and ensure campaign success.
• Leverage data-driven insights from social media activities to refine strategies and support e-commerce objectives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in the home appliance industry or a related sector.
• In-depth understanding of social media marketing and influencer collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving, time management, and organization.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with key marketing tools.
