About this position

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance of inventory Accuracy through regular cycle counting, stock checks at free zone area.
• Based on free zone regulation, manage the warehouse operation.
• Consulting with Thai Customs.
• Plan and coordinate warehouses activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping products to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure that all warehouse activities are shared out of compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Monitor the performance of warehouse staff and advance regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring to sensitivity optimization and awareness to quality standards.
• Implement and maintain warehouses productivity and quality standards, as well as performance metrics and KPIs.
• Manage and oversee the physical layout of the space and effectiveness flow of goods.
• Coordinate with other departments to measure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
• Analysis to develop ways of working. Reduce risks. And reduce costs for the organization.
• Need to be aware of costs and profits.

Requirements

• Work at Logistics company and production company (Logistics division) more than 5 years.
• Free zone management at Logistics company or production company.
• Inventory control (Managing WMS).
• Control warehouse operation (Considering ISO14000, ISO9000).
• Corporate Philosophy & Corporate Code of Conduct.
• Leadership (manage over 30 operator).
• Strategic planning.
• Counseling.
• Communication.
• Problem solving.
• Basic of Save Energy, QCC, 5S, Kaizen, Safety, TPM.
• Product knowledge & Quality way.
• Cost calculation.
• English skill (TOEIC score is over 600 points).
• Safety management.
• Computer skill: MS office.
• Business manner & Ethics.
• Labor and related law.
• Team work.
• Knowledge for ISO/ 9001, 14001 requirements.
• Knowledge for ISO/ 9001, 14001 internal audits.
