Sales Account Manager
About this position
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets for telecom products. They are also in charge of lead generation, customer visits, and educating customers on telecom products.
Responsibilities
• Achieve assigned target of booking and billing of existing and new enterprise customers
• Retain and increase revenues from existing customers
• Look for new opportunities/revenue generation to leverage organization's capabilities in VSAT, Managed services, network services, satellite broadband services, security system services
Requirements
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor degree education
• 2 years experience in Telco or Technology Industries, mainly in VSAT Operator are preferable
