To enhance the quality of its services to customers as a world-class operator, PT Tangara Mitrakom has successfully obtained ISO 9001:2015 international accreditation (International Accreditation Service, or IAS).
PT Tangara Mitrakom has more than 50 service points across cities in Indonesia and is supported by more than 100 technicians, a workshop for repair centers, and international strategic partners.

About this position
Responsibilities
• Achieve assigned target of booking and billing of existing and new enterprise customers
• Retain and increase revenues from existing customers
• Look for new opportunities/revenue generation to leverage organization's capabilities in VSAT, Managed services, network services, satellite broadband services, security system services
Requirements
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor degree education
• 2 years experience in Telco or Technology Industries, mainly in VSAT Operator are preferable
