About this position
Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales.
• Following market trends and presenting creative ideas.
• Assist to implements marketing and advertising campaigns both offline & online.
• Develop and execute marketing plan to establish and maintain brand awareness.
• Prepare internal and external presentation materials and documents (e.g. memo, internal approval materials).
• Assist in day-to-day project management, including coordination with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement for all launch displays, opening and renovation of counters, and events.
• Develop and Manage merchandising, promotion, POSM, and other tools, also marketing activities to ensure competitive in-store visibility and support sales.
• Coordinate with marketing team in foreign market, Coordinate with agencies and suppliers in development and production of communication, promotional and sales support materials.
• Coordinate with all related functions internal and external to support sales and marketing.
• Research and analyze market trends in requirement areas.
• Manage day-to-day documents and ad hoc tasks for marketing department.
• Collaborate with Merchandise and preparing all materials for Live Streaming.
• Monitor on the expenses of activities on related task under job scope.
• Executing all marketing and promotion and activities as planned.
• Collaborate with mall marketing teams for event and promotion development.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communication or related fields.
• At least 4 years’ experience in Marketing of Fashion Retail /Distributor or related fields.
• Having an experience in international market is a plus.
• Well understanding and having knowledge on social media platforms.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
