Strategic Marketing Team Leader- HARNN Wellness & Hospitality
About this position
The Strategic Marketing Team Leader for HARNN Wellness & Hospitality is responsible for managing sales and marketing activities, public relations, advertising, and collateral to drive business growth and maintain service quality.
Responsibilities
• Develops, in consultation with Business Development, an annual communications calendar with specific goals and budgets for marketing plan for both domestic and international outlets.
• Works closely with internal communication team and franchise partners on the marketing and communication plans to achieve goals
• Leads the marketing review meeting franchise partners on the marketing and communication plans and supports them to drive the business growth and maintain the quality of service as required
• Ensures that HARNN Spa Brand ID manual and all related collaterals is kept up-to-date and implemented as appropriate.
• Prepares on a timely basis the monthly sales & marketing communications report.
• Supervises and directs photography for advertising, collateral and public relations purposes in liaison with Brand ID and franchise partners.
• Ensures all the concerned parties have a comprehensive master photo archive for all advertising, collateral and public relations activities, and regularly update the asset to be ready for execution.
• Monitors activities of competitors and trends within the industry.
• Prepares press releases for appropriate targeted media domestically and internationally.
• Compiles and maintains a comprehensive list of media contacts and manages them as per the media account management system.
• Works closely with the corporate PR on developing press kits and PR strategy.
• Creates, organizes and attend press events/trips as required.
• Supports pull through of impactful PR strategy & activities to drive quality press coverage through media engagement, in alignment with communications objectives.
• Works with Business Development on the advertising and media plans.
• Maximizes advertising budget by ensuring that the message and media activities are consistent with the brand ID and goals in synergy with the company and franchise partners.
• Monitors and maintains media schedules as well as forming the media report to parties concerned after execution.
• Create, supervises the in-house graphic designer and executes production of all materials for both domestic and international outlets in consistent with the Brand ID
• Ensures the brand information is updated regularly on the internet.
• Ensures correct usage of logo, color, fonts as stated in the Brand ID manual.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing management, Advertising, Communication or related fields.
• At least 4 years’ experience in Marketing of Wellness and hospitality.
• Having an experience in international market is a plus.
• Well, understanding and having knowledge on social media platforms.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
