Spa Manager (HARNN Wellness & Hospitality)
About this position
Spa manager is responsible for managing staff, developing and implementing spa policies and procedures, creating and managing budgets, and ensuring that the spa meets its revenue targets while overseeing the development of new spa treatments, the marketing strategies of the spa, and the management of customer relations of O&O Spa properties in Thailand.
Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the spa facility, ensuring it runs efficiently and meets high-quality standards.
• Recruit, develop, allocate and supervise spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and support personnel, Provide leadership and support for the team.
• Develop and manage the spa's budget, monitor expenses, and revenue, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
• Implement marketing and sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. This may involve promoting spa packages and special promotions.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards and responding to client feedback and concerns. Strive to create a welcoming and positive spa experience for all clients.
• Monitor and manage spa inventory, including products, linens, and equipment. Order supplies as needed and maintain efficient inventory control.
• Ensure all spa treatments and services are of high quality and meet HARNN Wellness & Hospitality standards.
• Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and client satisfaction.
• Spa Facility Maintenance: Oversee the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the spa facility, including treatment rooms, reception area, and common spaces.
• Prepare and present regular reports on spa performance, including financial metrics, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency, to management.
• Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for spa staff to enhance their skills and keep them updated on industry trends.
• Plan and organize spa events, workshops, and promotions to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise among staff or clients in a professional and timely manner.
• Community Engagement: Engage with the local community and establish partnerships or collaborations that can help promote the spa and its services.
