About this position

The Finance/Treasury Officer is responsible for managing bank documents, cash transactions, and treasury tasks, ensuring smooth payment processes and compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bank documents or bank electronic files for making the payment both domestic and oversea.
• Maintain accurate daily cash and bank deposits / Bank reconciliation and record bank transactions in SAP.
• Preparing loans for subsidiaries and recording transactions in SAP.
• Process expense reimbursements, petty cash for employee.
• Foreign exchange rate risk review.
• Preparing adjustments journal entry relevant to treasury tasks by monthly, quarterly.
• Coordinate with banks to open bank accounts and provide facilities such as LC/TR, PN, BG, OD.
• Coordinate with other departments such as AP/AR to ensure smooth payment processes and resolve any issue.
• Coordinate with and support auditor for treasury activities.
• Perform any other duties as assigned such as process improvement project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance / economics / accounting.
• Experience in treasury functions and cash management or other finance-related fields.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
• High responsibility, ability to meet deadline and work under pressure.
