The Assistant Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the full set of accounting functions, managing asset registers, and preparing various financial reports while supporting audits and tax submissions.
•Full set of Accounting
•Check & Post all staff's record in AP, AR, JV in Accpac Program.
•Management Asset register.(Record new asset, Disposal, calculate depreciation).
•Checking PO in PO system and checking I-claim (Petty cash) system.
•Submit all of Corporate Tax (PND 50,51).
•Prepare cash flow report.
•Prepare Financial Statement Report month end and year end.
•Prepare Consolidate package report every month.
•Support External audit for audit Financial statement year end.
•Support Revenue Department for refund Tax.
•Follow up for AR outstanding and report to management every day.
•Prepare monthly report & actual vs. plan (budget) analysis.
•Prepare commission.
•Bachelor degree in Accounting.
•Experiences 10-15 years in accounting from automotive industry will be advantage.
•Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
•Eager to learn new things, Work under team based as well.
•Good communication skills (Thai, English).
•CPD License will be advantage.
Currently, Subaru vehicle production in Southeast Asia is conducted at a CKD (completely knocked down) assembly plant of the Tan Chong Motor Assemblies Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia, which builds the Subaru XV and the Forester.* With a view to enhancing Subaru’s competitiveness and further growth in Southeast Asia, FHI has decided to start production in Thailand by a new and soon to be established joint venture company, Tan Chong Subaru Automotive (Thailand) Co., Ltd., 74.9% of which will be owned by TCMA TH and 25.1% by FHI. The new joint venture aims to begin production in 2019. Production in Malaysia will continue, and Tan Chong International will sell the vehicles produced both in Malaysia and Thailand through its Subaru dealer network. We are a rapid growth automotive organization belonging to an established group with various business operations spanning the Asia Pacific region. Our SUV Manafaturing and distribution operation is extensive in Thailand.
