Sales Marketing Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets and business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity and company values.
• Foster partnerships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and online advertising.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales and Marketing team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor sales performance, prepare detailed reports, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
• Represent Taman Safari Indonesia at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or theme park industries.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends.
• Creative thinker with the ability to adapt strategies in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for wildlife conservation and education is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
• Willing to be placed in Cisarua, Bogor.
