Operations Manager
About this position
Operations Manager will responsible to planning, organizing and directing The Pre-Opening Operations of Parks, Recreation Facilities and Athletics Programs.
Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations
• Increase customer satisfaction level, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
• Be responsible for customer service, building, and equipment management
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to deliver optimal services
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
• Collect and analyze data to find places of waste
• Commit to CHSE (Cleanliness, Healthy, Safety, Environment Sustainability) and Sapta Pesona Implementation
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on investment.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Tourism Management or equivalent and / or must have minimum 3 years experiences in Hospitality Industry (preferably have exposure working on 4-5 stars hotel or Recreation Park)
• Have a strong leadership, problem solving, analytical thinking, communication skill and decision making
• Able to maintain communication with local government, social figures and local society
• Able to create and implement plans to increase service quality
• Have a good performance and good attitude
• Strong ability to work individually as well as a team
• Has strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in recreation park.
