About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights, translating findings into actionable strategies.
• Oversee advertising, branding, and promotional campaigns across traditional and digital channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Build and maintain partnerships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and industry stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
• Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including social media, content strategy, SEO, and paid media.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure cohesive customer outreach.
• Represent Taman Safari Indonesia at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to strengthen the company’s market presence.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment across all departments in executing marketing campaigns.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing management, ideally within the hospitality, tourism, or theme park sectors.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team to achieve results.
• Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and emerging marketing trends.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to solving challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for wildlife conservation and education is highly valued.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
• Willingness to be based in Cisarua, Bogor.
