About this position

Human Resources Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing all HR operations to ensure a seamless launch of the new facility in Cisarua, Bogor.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organizational
• Bridge management and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of human resource experience in hospitality industry
• Have the experience to manage end to end HR business process
• Good understanding of labour laws in Indonesia and their application
• High degree of personal integrity and sensitivity and respect for confidentiality
• Ability to prioritize workload, multi-task and be time-sensitive to tasks that are critical, challenge back when needed
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to be placed in Cisarua, Bogor.
