About this position

The General Affair Officer will report to the Corporate People Service and will be responsible for managing and overseeing office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient workplace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring facilities function smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain and monitor company assets, ensuring proper utilization, maintenance, and record-keeping.
• Manage office supplies, such as stationery (ATK), ensuring timely procurement and restocking.
• Enforce safety protocols, manage security arrangements, and ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Schedule and manage office driver activities to efficiently support operational needs.
• Oversee Office Boys and Cleaning Services to maintain a clean, organized, and professional workplace environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in office operations or facilities management.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team and vendor coordination.
• Knowledge of office management best practices and safety regulations.
• Availability to join within January 2025 is a must.
