About this position
The Customer Relation position involves welcoming guests, providing information, and ensuring a positive experience at the amusement park.
Responsibilities
• Warmly welcome guests as they enter the amusement park and provide basic information about available facilities.
• Guide guests to key locations in the park, such as rides, restaurants, and other amenities.
• Create a positive and enjoyable experience for every guest.
• Foster a fun and engaging atmosphere through positive interactions, ensuring an exceptional experience.
• Collect guest feedback to help improve and develop park services.
• Address guest complaints or concerns with a positive and professional attitude, ensuring satisfactory solutions.
• Provide VIP services, such as priority access or personalized assistance, when needed.
• Share safety guidelines, park rules, and ensure guests follow them.
• Recognize emergencies and work with security or medical teams as needed.
Requirements
• Min. Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or tourism is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or entertainment industry is preferred.
• Great communication skills, preferably in English.
• Friendly, positive, and cheerful attitude.
• Able to join immediately.
• Placement : Enchanting Valley, Cisarua, Bogor.
