Medical Representative - Vaccines (Middle North Eastern area)
About this position
The Medical Representative position at Takeda involves direct contact with healthcare providers to promote Takeda products and achieve sales targets in the Northeastern area of Thailand.
Responsibilities
• To make direct contact with physicians and other healthcare providers in order to introduce and promote Takeda products and in order to achieve individual Sales Targets, A&P optimization, call investment and new listing/ protect listing status /increasing market share/growth/GRP.
• To engage HCPs to generate sales contact opportunities and promote Takeda products.
• To effectively utilize all sales tools and resources, including marketing materials, to promote Takeda products and develop professional business relationships to drive territory sales results.
• To implement sales activities to be aligned with marketing strategies GRP, LT, VRTD…etc.
• To provide approved electronic information (MCM-multi-channel-material) to physicians on Takeda products, i.e. proper medical usage, dosage amounts, side effects, etc. to alert them to appropriate use of the products.
• To generate and send MOR, TM, SFE tools to update area situation and sales achievement in each month.
• To attend, being booth manner of booth exhibition and attend mandatory class.
Requirements
Medical Representative
• Bachelor’s degree (Pharmacy)
• Experience in Pharmaceutical sales or new graduated is preferred.
Senior Medical Representative
• Bachelor’s degree (Pharmacy)
• 2 years pharmaceutical sales.
• Successful Completion of sales training courses as required for first year in Professional Sales Representative position.
• At least continuously 2 years above-average sales performance.
• Consistently demonstrates competencies that exceed expectations for Professional Sales Representative for a minimum of one year.
Travel Requirements
• Need to travel locally within the assigned district.
