Market Access Manager, Vaccines
About this position
The Market Access Manager for Vaccines will play a critical role in ensuring the successful introduction, adoption, and access of vaccines in the public healthcare system in Thailand. This position involves developing and implementing strategic market access plans that align with public health policies and priorities, focusing on broadening vaccine availability.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive market access strategies to ensure the timeliness inclusion of vaccines in national immunization programs and public health initiatives.
• Develop reimbursement strategies that secure optimal pricing and funding for vaccines within the public healthcare system.
• Analyze and interpret healthcare policies, economic trends, and reimbursement environments to identify opportunities and barriers for vaccine access.
• Tailor global market access strategies to meet local needs and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with government agencies, public health organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Engage with public health authorities to share information on the value and impact of vaccines, ensuring alignment with national health objectives.
• Collaborate with HEOR teams to generate and present compelling evidence on the value of vaccines, including cost-effectiveness analyses and budget impact models.
• Support the development of value dossiers, policy briefs, and other materials that communicate the economic and public health benefits of vaccines.
• Work closely with Medical Affairs, Government Affairs, and Commercial teams to align market access strategies with overall business objectives.
• Coordinate with global and regional teams to share and learn insights and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and changes in the healthcare environment that may impact vaccine access.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management on market access opportunities and risks.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Pharmacy, or a related field. A Master's degree in Health Economics, Public Health, or Business Administration is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in market access, public affairs, or a related field within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
