About this position

我们正在寻找一名组织能力强、积极进取、经验丰富的专业人员加入我们的团队，担任人力资源业务主管。人力资源业务主管将作为人力资源团队不可或缺的一员，通过为人力资源计划提供战略指导和领导，帮助实现组织目标。理想的候选人应具有人力资源、商业或相关领域的背景，具备公认的领导和影响能力，以及出色的人际交往和解决问题的技能。人力资源业务主管将向人力资源总监汇报工作，并与人力资源团队密切合作，确定、优先考虑和实施各项计划

Responsibilities

1、全面负责对接业务部门的招聘、培训、绩效、员工关系等各方面的工作，为业务部门提供充足的人力支持和人才保障；
2、协助业务部门搭建可持续发展的人才梯队，协同人才发展团队做好所支持部门的培训管理工作；
3、根据业务部门的实际情况，为其提供专业的人力资源解决方案和政策咨询。

Requirements

1、从事HR工作5年以上，2年以上HRBP经验；
2、熟悉人力资源管理各模块工作内容，能深入业务一线，为业务部门提供专业的人力资源解决方案及政策咨询；
3、性格开朗，有较高的工作热情，善于沟通；
4、能承受较大工作压力，较强的推动力、问题解决能力。
