ERP. Supports Specialist (Microsoft Dynamic F&O)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Provide first-level and second-level support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO users, including troubleshooting issues, responding to queries, and resolving technical problems within established SLAs and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and maintain system health by conducting regular checks, implementing updates, and coordinating with the IT team for necessary maintenance activities and improvements.
• Create and maintain Workflow roles, documentation for system processes, procedures, and configurations, while developing user guides and training materials to support end-user adoption and efficiency.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to system functionality, data integration, and business processes, collaborating with vendors and internal teams as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO or AX
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes
• Experience in supporting financial and operational modules within Dynamics 365
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/Finance & Operations
• Understanding of basic SQL queries and database concepts
• Knowledge of financial and operational business processes
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and lifecycle services
• Experience with integration technologies and web services
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Experience or Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365
• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience with system testing and validation
• Understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
