Operations Specialist
About this position
Responsibilities
• Secure a well-functioning and compliant HR administration
• Take actions in case of deviations or improvement potentials
• Administrate various tasks in areas such as system launch, onboarding/offboarding process, candidate pre-screening, prepare business card, office facilities, office equipment
• Be the local People & Culture speaking partner for the areas of HR administration, engagement initiatives, HR systems and work environment
• Arrange and participate in HR projects e.g., job fair event, leisure event
• Coordinate with external insurance vendors, consulting firm, and government sector such as immigration bureau
• Update vendor onboarding forms or any finance-related administrative tasks
• Coordinate with bank and government sector such as DBD, revenue department, BOI Office when required
• Perform various tasks related to billing, support vendor relations, scan documents, file paperwork, packing and send WHT certificate to vendor and others.
• Coordinate with vendor for marketing material
• Setup laptop for new joiner and reset for resignee
• Any ad hoc administrative tasks for Thailand office
Requirements
• 3 years or above of relevant work experience, experience working for administrator
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
• You are resourceful and motivated with the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
• Have ability to establish trustful relationship
• Computer literacy MS Office applications, SharePoint, One-drive
• You have a good administrative, communication and documentation skills
• You are ambitious to learn and develop within Synpulse
• You are passionate about the Synpulse culture and values
• Able to speak and write in English (prefer)
• Thai language is mandatory
