The Sales Engineer Specialist (ICT Solution / Security) is responsible for driving sales in the cybersecurity market, providing technical expertise, managing customer relationships, and supporting sales efforts through documentation and analysis.
Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the cybersecurity market.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their cybersecurity needs.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients.
• Provide in-depth technical expertise and support to clients, helping them understand the benefits and applications of our cybersecurity products and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase our cybersecurity solutions.
• Collaborate with the technical team to address client requirements and develop customized cybersecurity solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Follow up with client's post-sales to ensure they are satisfied with our cybersecurity solutions.
• Assist in the preparation of sales documentation, including contracts, quotations, and tenders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns focused on cybersecurity.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our cybersecurity solutions.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the cybersecurity domain.
• Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity related to cybersecurity.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in ICT solution or cybersecurity sales, technical sales, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of ICT solution or cybersecurity products, services, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
