We were the first licensee of the Telecommunication Service License Type II, permitted by The National Telecommunications Commission (ICT Government Department). Since 2011, the Company acquired the Telecommunication Service License Type III, permitted by Office of The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission. To provide services for International Private Leased Circuit (IPLC) and IP-Virtual Private Network (IP-VPN), and Company has also Telecommunication Service License to International Internet Gateway (IIG) and National Internet Exchange (NIX). The Company’s leadership team consists of management team, engineering staff and experienced telecom specialists with over 20 years of experience. About this position

The Sales Engineer Specialist (ICT Solution / Security) is responsible for driving sales in the cybersecurity market, providing technical expertise, managing customer relationships, and supporting sales efforts through documentation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the cybersecurity market.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their cybersecurity needs.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients.
• Provide in-depth technical expertise and support to clients, helping them understand the benefits and applications of our cybersecurity products and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase our cybersecurity solutions.
• Collaborate with the technical team to address client requirements and develop customized cybersecurity solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Follow up with client's post-sales to ensure they are satisfied with our cybersecurity solutions.
• Assist in the preparation of sales documentation, including contracts, quotations, and tenders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns focused on cybersecurity.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our cybersecurity solutions.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the cybersecurity domain.
• Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity related to cybersecurity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in ICT solution or cybersecurity sales, technical sales, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of ICT solution or cybersecurity products, services, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
