NOC Engineer/ Manage Service
About this position
The NOC Engineer/Manage Service position involves monitoring and managing network incidents in alignment with customer requirements and organizational policies.
Responsibilities
• Recognize, identify and prioritize incidents in accordance with customer business requirements, organizational policies and operational impact
• Perform network monitoring
• Inform Service desk to log ticket, perform ticket status tracking and escalation for incident management process
• Perform troubleshoot and resolve network first level incident within SLA
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer, Telecom Engineering or related fields
• Good command of English
• 2-6 years in computer network/ IT Helpdesk/Internet Broadband experience
• Solid knowledge of IT Infrastructure, LAN & WAN, Ethernet, MPLS, FTTx
• Experience with supporting IP services (TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6, VPN, QOS, SDN, SNMP, VOIP)
• Experience with CISCO and Juniper, switches, routers
• Certifying in CCNA / CCNP is preferred
• Can work as a shift (Lier1-Lier3)
