Symphony Communication Public Company Limited or SYMC is a Telecommunication network and service provider in Thailand, providing high speed and reliable network for both domestic and international connectivity and value-added services to serve the fast-growing data demand in Thailand and ASEAN. Currently, the Company holds the Telecommunication Service License Type II and Type III, permitted by Office of The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (“NBTC”) to provide services for International Private Leased Circuit (IPLC) both terrestrial and submarine coverage and IP-Virtual Private Network (IP-VPN). In addition, the Company has also received the Internet Operation Type I and II to provide internet service and operate International Internet Gateway (IIG) and National Internet Exchange (NIX).

About this position

The Compliance Management Specialist is responsible for planning and implementing ISO and standards for the company's IT and digitalization efforts, ensuring compliance and enhancing understanding of policies across relevant teams.

Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing the new ISO and Standard needed for the company business, focusing on IT and digitalization
• Working with core teams relevant as a consultant role to develop and enhance policy, procedures, and work instruction to facilitate and implement the standards into their daily operation.
• Providing ISO and Standard awareness session to enhance understanding level of policies and requirements (in cooperation with relevant departments)
• Developing and maintain ISO and Standard management /compliance dashboard to ensure all non-compliance issues are followed and tracked
• Monitor and work with relevant core teams to close the deviations and non-compliance issues
• Performing project tracking & report (tracking issues until closing or risk acceptable level)
• Performing project management related to the ISO and Standard that the company own, eg BCP/DRP activity as a part of ISO27001
• Responsible for day-to-day governance to ensure compliance of the ISO and Standard policy and procedure
• Leading/facilitating with core teams in regular surveillance and certification audit period

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security with Knowledge in Cyber Security / IT audit / IT Governance / Cloud / Quality Assurance
• Minimum +2 years of work experience in a relevant discipline
• Experienced in ISO27001, Cloud, IT security standard, and other technology services are preferred.
• Certification related to IT audit & implementation, Cloud, and security are preferred
• Good analytical and problems solving skills
• Good project management skill
• Be able to work under pressure and time constraint
• Good skill in presentation and communication
• Good communication in written and spoken both Thai and English languages
