About this position
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Swiss-Belhotel International in Sorong, responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring high-quality food preparation.
Responsibilities
• Overseeing the kitchen operations

• Creating new menu items
• Managing kitchen staff
• Ensuring food safety regulations are followed
Requirements
• Culinary skills, Menu Planning, and Food Preparation expertise
• Leadership and Team Management abilities
• Knowledge of Food Safety Regulations
• Attention to Detail and Creativity in Culinary Arts
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Culinary degree or certification from a reputable institution
