The Test Engineering Manager (Oversea) is responsible for managing product functional testing to ensure product quality, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for overall management of product functional testing to ensure achievement of product quality and acceptable yield level to support delivery, productivity, customer satisfaction as well as revenue generation
• Manage all engineers and technicians to implement and maintain functional testing of customer’s products after assembly in production line per test specification and requirement
• Directing staff to solve technical problems by employing engineering methodology and advanced technologies, and often with statistical analysis
• Formulating engineering and manufacturing strategies to support current and new business
• Establish department KPI and driving staff to meet yearly goal expectation
• Establish product functional electrical testing strategy and standards to suit to customer’s requirement and demands
• Allocate resource staff to support team’s workload
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electronic, Electrical Engineering or any related field.
• Over 7 years experience with test engineering role from EMS, Electronic company
• Skill in electronic product, test engineering, PCBA test, RF communication, management
• Good command in English
• Willing relocate to work permanent in oversea.
