The Assistant Engineer Manager is a professional with a proven track record and over 8-10 years of experience in the field, working as a cross-functional team leader to meet major project goals for significant customers.
Responsibilities
• Cross function team leader managing major project for major customer.
• Take bare bone requirement from customer and provide technical and business solutions.
• Define problems, collect data and relevant information, establish facts and draw valid technical and business conclusions and present it to manager.
• Document all phases of development. Provide executive summary. Log draft, and submit intellectual properties that are created on the job.
• Mentor, train, coach technicians engineer. Assist in hiring suitable candidate and help develop core competences.
• Identify and resolve complex manufacturing issue. Create new process from core technologies and from perform feasibility studies to validate capacity and functionality. Research and assess new current and future technologies.
• Evaluate and synthesize vendor activity to ensure deliverables are met. Communicate requirements and engage then early on as needed.
Requirements
• Proven track record and more than 8-10 years of experience in the field related to specified.
