Manager, Program Management (Chinese Speaking)
About this position
Manager, Program Management is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programs and projects within the Business Unit. They work closely with functional teams to ensure that plans are aligned with strategic objectives and that all program deliverables are met. They provide leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully complete their tasks.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies, plans, timelines, and resource allocations aligned with organizational goals.
• Build and maintain relationships, communicate updates, and manage expectations with key stakeholders.
• Develop budgets, monitor expenses, conduct financial analysis, and provide regular reports. Manage P&L, update production quotation and control the inventory.
• Establish governance structures, ensure compliance, define performance metrics, and conduct reviews.
• Identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor risks with contingency plans throughout the program lifecycle.
• Lead and support program managers and project teams, fostering collaboration and effective resource utilization.
• Oversee execution, monitor progress, coordinate collaboration, and ensure quality control.
• Evaluate outcomes, analyze performance, implement improvements, and drive continuous enhancement initiatives.
• Manage resources across multiple projects within the program, optimize resource utilization to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop communication plans, report status and risks, and facilitate team collaboration.
• Undertaking any assigned tasks from supervisors in a courteous and professional manner
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• Experiences: At least 8 years’ experience in similar business or role. Previous EMS business experience is preferable.
• Skills: Advanced computer skills on Microsoft office.
• Language: Excellent in Chinese & English communication skills.
