About this position

The Engineering Manager will serve as the main technical liaison with customers, focusing on product and process improvements while ensuring alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Main technical liaison with customer on all matters engineering and manufacturing including process improvement, product changes (EC's) and product introductions - therefore good command of English essential
• Coordinate directly to customer, QA, Production on technical merits and problems of various existing and up coming products and its manufacturability (PCBA and Backend)
• First Pass Yield à target achieved and be able to sustain
• Ensures that key results area: cycle time, machine utilization/downtime, DPPM, cost is within target and aligned to company goals and objectives
• Prepares/Plans improvement projects and constantly provide direct superior and management with significant updates on project process
• Able to provide technical support to production line and resolve technical issues in timely manner. Attends meeting as required by management and participate in technical discussion. Able to prepare significant technical report and CA
• Able to prepare significant technical report and corrective action
• Support program management in discussion of technical details in relate team and/or client
• Training and qualified staffs, make sure understanding of work standard for new product build. Develops work instruction, procedures, that deemed comprehensive to operators
• Foresee and apply new technology and digital smart factory in process

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering
• 10+ years working experience in engineering role
• Skill in PCBA & Backend Process
• Good command in English
