About this position
Responsibilities
• RFQ: Support the review of the RFQ Packages including checking CBOM, P&L, Yield loss, calculations, due date planning, RFQ data support, coordinator with other functional teams, Making Quotation, Summarize the RFQ Result, RFQ project record and consistently improve the RFQ performance etc.
• Support the material cost reduction activity e.i. VPA, FPP Project (Full Potential Purchasing) and material shortage issues.
• Follow up the quote status, all outstanding issues including customer feedback.
• Support the Sr. RFQ Coordinator in all areas of the RFQ process, prepare, review and analyze the RFQ quotations as well as crosschecking and supporting new RFQ solutions.
• Support & Improve the RFQ performance work e.i. and improve the lead time and quality of RFQ output.
• Work with Sr. Coordinator regarding administration of RFQ Priorities and Policies.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field – preferable within Business Development and Sales.
• Experiences: background from quotation and bidding departments are preferred.
• Special Skills: Good Command of English, speaking, understanding and writing.
