About this position

The IT Staff position involves managing and supporting IT infrastructure, ensuring information security, and driving innovation to meet operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT Infrastructure (WAN, LAN Wireless, Server (Physical, VM), Printer, Network equipment, Backup, ...)
• Manage and support all Information Security (Data Protection, Antivirus, Active Directory, ...)
• Manage or provide new Innovation, Technology to support user's operation or management's requirement
• Manage and support all IT infrastructure to make sure all can use with no problem (LAN, Wireless, ...) IT operation (Hardware, Software, ...)
• Ensuring operational activities align with global IT standards and security policies
• Maintaining all support processes and IT asset management
• Perform IT asset procurement and review of IT business processes including reporting, evaluating, and propose improvements (procurement, configuration, repair, projects, local budget consulting).

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• At least 5 Year experience in computer.
• Knowledge about ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 5S.
• Leadership in a changeable attitude, according to company policy.
