About this position

The Trade Admin Staff position at SuperApp involves processing trade transactions, maintaining records, and providing administrative support within a hybrid work environment in Alam Sutera.

Responsibilities

• Process trade transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Maintain trade records and documentation, including invoices, contracts, and shipping documents.
• Generate reports and provide administrative support to the trade department as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in trade administration, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
