Responsibilities

• Design and implement training and development programs that enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and career growth.
• Implement performance appraisal systems, provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters, and assist in setting goals and development plans for employees.
• Identify high-potential employees and create plans for their career advancement within the organization.
• Analyze turnover rates and develop retention strategies to ensure the organization retains its top talent.
• Identify and develop leadership potential within the organization through targeted training and mentorship programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, talent management, or related roles
• Solid understanding of talent management principles, performance management, employee development strategies, and HR best practices.
• Flexibility to navigate changing business environments and adjust talent strategies accordingly.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to partner effectively with HR, managers, and other stakeholders.
