Responsibilities
• Develop a comprehensive brand strategy to enhance brand value, brand health, and growth.
• Direct and oversee both Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to gain insights for strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate the development of brand architecture for new products, including formulating brand concepts, brand personas, and brand positioning.
• Manage and monitor multi-brand marketing projects, ensuring all marketing programs are executed as planned and meet targets.
• Monitor and evaluate brand performance in the market to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Propose and manage the budget for ATL and BTL marketing projects, including providing initial budget information.
• Prepare briefs for promotional activities, providing clear guidelines for the execution team.
• Collaborate with the Legal team to ensure compliance with intellectual property regulations in product naming.
• Oversee the implementation of promotional and advertising programs, ensuring effective and efficient use of the budget.
• Conduct internal and external evaluations to develop more targeted strategies.
• Direct and monitor the development of new products in accordance with market needs and the established Unique Selling Proposition (USP).
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, International Business, Communication, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience as Marketing Manager or Brand Manager.
• Proficient in developing and implementing ATL and BTL marketing strategies.
• Ability to conduct market analysis and understand market trends and needs.
• Strong skills in budget management and ROI analysis.
• Proven leadership abilities in managing multi-brand teams and projects.
• Excellent communication skills to convey strategies to teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset for evaluating brand performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Adaptable to changes and innovations in the marketing and e-commerce industries.
