[Commercial] - Area Manager East Java
About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop new dealers and maintain existing dealers base by increasing sell-out quantity in assigned territory.
• Manage and support partners to achieve their sell-in and sell-out target. Promote ASUS programs to Business partners.
• Building high value partners relationship by providing training and value information in assigned territory.
• Handling partners requests, enquiries, meeting, complaints, and all sorts of samples in assigned territory.
• Implementing partners sales promotion program in assigned territory.
• Surveying price, promotion and channel map of Information Technology industries in assigned territory.
• Analyze market situation and competitors information.
• Cooperate and coach distributors sales for achieving area target.
• Manage merchandisers and promoters so they work in compliance with our guideline, SOP, and deadline, and to achieve company goals.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as Commercial Account Management preferably in IT Industry
• Fluent in English both spoken & written
• Fluency in MS excel and power point
• Data-driven approach that leverages quantitative and qualitative measurement
• Strong analytical ability, tracking and organizational skills
