About this position

The Procurement Admin position at SuperApp involves maintaining supplier databases, generating purchase orders, coordinating approvals, and monitoring order statuses to support the company's mission of addressing economic inequality in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an updated database of approved suppliers and their contact information.
• Generate purchase orders based on approved requisitions and ensure accuracy of order details.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals for procurement requests.
• Monitor the status of purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies or delays.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree from any major with a minimum 1 year of experience from relevant fields.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.
