About this position

We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition to join our team in Surabaya (Hybrid) at SuperApp, a leading social commerce platform in Indonesia focused on solving economic inequality through agent networks and hyperlocal supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including social media and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of applicant tracking and recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
