About this position
Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
• Create, update, and customize training materials, courses, and programs that align with organizational objectives and learner needs.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to reinforce learning and address specific performance issues.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Any experience as an L&D Specialist or in a similar role would be a plus point.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
